Ron Shih is currently a candidate in the MMM program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, pursuing a dual degree in MBA and MS Design Innovation. Prior to joining Kellogg, Ron worked as an innovation strategy manager at Citigroup, where he focused on digital product development, automation, and data analytics projects. Ron also gained experience in PE investment deals and worked in both Beijing and Israel before joining Citigroup.

Outside of work, Ron previously served as a board member of the Development Committee for the Belize Educational Service Group, a non-profit organization that utilizes technology resources to support education for rural children. During his time there, Ron contributed to the development of resources for scholarships and the establishment of IT classroom programs. Ron hopes to leverage his experience in business development and operational strategy to collaborate with ACM’s initiatives in the upcoming year.
