Composer Alive: Samsaminia First Installment Posted

Composer Alive is an innovative commissioning project in which we work with a composer to write a new piece in installments and rehearse and record each installment in front of a live audience.

This year we’re working with Iranian composer Arshia Samsaminia whose new piece will incorporate Persian micro-tones into the tonality to create a fascinating sonic palette.
