Best Classical Compendium,
Best Engineered Album
Best Instrumental Composition

ACM’s Composer Alive album features music we commissioned over the last twelve years as part of our innovative Composer Alive commissioning project. The project allows a composer to write a new piece with our ensemble in real time by sending small installments that we record and post as they are received.  The album features seven pieces by Jane O’Leary, Gabriela Ortiz, Alexandre Lunsqui, Agnieszka Stulginska, Vid Smooke, Will Rowe and Arshia Samsaminia performed by our stellar ensemble Palomar and recorded by Grammy-nominated engineer Mary Mazurek.
